Nutrition Tips

Studying for the Panhellenic and university exams is an extremely difficult task that often brings a lot of stress. That’s why we’ve put together some tips to help you maintain better memory and concentration while studying.

  1. Start your day with a good breakfast.

Fill your morning plate with foods that will give you the amount of energy you will need for the rest of the day. Try a delicious sandwich with Freevia goat cheese and vegetables, accompanied by a green smoothie with Freevia stevia.

  1. Drink a lot of water.

About 8-10 glasses of water per day will help you improve your concentration and make you feel more refreshed and focused.

  1. Eat frequent meals.

It has been proven that 3 main meals and 2-3 snacks per day are able to fill your body with the energy it needs to cope with the high demands of concentration. Choose smaller meals to provide steady energy and avoid the energy dip associated with heavy meals.

Some examples for light snacks:

  • Toast with Freevia Goat Cheese
  • Yogurt with fruits, honey and nuts
  • A slice of brown bread with Freevia Light Sheep 1%, cherry tomatoes and oregano
  • Cookies with nuts and stevia
  • Omelette with Freevia Light Sheep 1% and vegetables
  1. Eat nutritious foods.

Foods such as olive oil, fish, dairy, fruits, vegetables and beef will help your brain work harder and improve your mental health. An excellent example of a nutritious meal is a fresh salad with vegetables, olive oil and Freevia Light Sheep 1%.
