A lovely grilled toast made
with freevia goat cheese,
avocado, and smoked turkey
Ingredients for one toasted sandwich:
4 Freevia goat cheese
1 Butter
1 slices smoked Turkey
1/2 Avocado
2 Basil, leaves
1 Roma tomatoes
2 slices Whole grain bread, artisan
INSTRUCTIONS
Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
Slice the Freevia goat cheese and lay on unbuttered sides of the bread. Add avocado and smoked turkey (plus tomato and basil, if desired)

4 medium beetroots
60 grams feta cheese
2 tablespoon roughly chopped parsley
lemon vinaigrette
For Lemon Vinaigrette
3 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 garlic cloves - minced
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
